"Purchased a 2010 Classic. The service was good. The sales was good. The women in the clothing department was great. Our salesman, Neal, I believe had me fill out a comment card and took a picture, but don't know what happened to them after that point. Have not heard from the dealership as far as a follow up call on how my bike is doing or if I needed anything else. This could be a good tool for future customers if the dealership or salesman would make a phone call to see if all is well with the bike and if the customer needs anything. I have since contacted my local dealership close to my home and had work done that could have been done at the purchasing dealership if I felt like they wanted my business other than a sale of a bike. That is why I had some custom motor work done locally, I was in there dealership and inquired about this work. They called me 2 days later asking if I had any questions about the work and if they could pick up my bike and do the work and bring it back to my home. They get a A for follow up with the customer. .............................................................................
