  • "I have been looking for bike to replace my 2004 FAT BOY with 50,000 miles that Terry sold me back a few years ago. He had moved up to management so he introduces me to Richard in sales. We looked at a few of the touring bikes. However, could not find what I wanted within my price range Richard said he had a 2013 Ultra Classic in the shop waiting to be check out and clean up. He told me he would call me as soon as it came out of the shop. Within a few days, he called and said it was ready. The only day I could get there was the same day he was off. Nevertheless, he came in on his off day to make sure everything was right with the bike. Not only did he stay to make the deal he also stays there until I had some pipes and other parts that I bought to put on the bike. The service department was great they got everything right. I would like to say thanks to all the folk at Columbia Harley Davidson they work as a team. I will be back when I need another Harley. George New Market, Al"

  • "Purchased a 2010 Classic. The service was good. The sales was good. The women in the clothing department was great. Our salesman, Neal, I believe had me fill out a comment card and took a picture, but don't know what happened to them after that point. Have not heard from the dealership as far as a follow up call on how my bike is doing or if I needed anything else. This could be a good tool for future customers if the dealership or salesman would make a phone call to see if all is well with the bike and if the customer needs anything. I have since contacted my local dealership close to my home and had work done that could have been done at the purchasing dealership if I felt like they wanted my business other than a sale of a bike. That is why I had some custom motor work done locally, I was in there dealership and inquired about this work. They called me 2 days later asking if I had any questions about the work and if they could pick up my bike and do the work and bring it back to my home. They get a A for follow up with the customer. ............................................................................. Steve, I read your testimonial reply on our Harley-Davidson of Columbia website. I am sorry you didn't get the follow-up phone call. Much like you, I certainly would have expected the same call. Having said that , your picture and customer response card were posted to you via email, as well as posted on multiple Facebook pages as well as Google+ pages.   • "Friday Oct. 18, 2013, I drove 180 miles one way, to your business to try and buy a Harley, stock number P1787A, which was priced at $7995. Your salesman wanted to add a DOC fee of $590. I offered $8000, check (cash) no financing, for the bike. My offer was refused. Ok, no big deal. But Oct. 22, 2013, I see on your web page that the same bike has been lowed to $6995. Three days later you want $1000 less for the same bike. How do you people stay in business. Surely, you are not incompetent. Do you really sell so many bikes in the winter that you can just blow off a perfectly reasonable offer and then take less than what was offered? >> Sorry Dude, but my staff doesn't get to know when I, as the owner, decide to lower prices. Do you still want to buy it?"

Unfortunately for me I always speend to much $$ there! Watch for the sales, you can't find better out there and let me tell you all of the staff is great.
